DELICIOUS MENU
Guava glazed baby back ribs are marinated overnight, then cooked right onboard by head chef Kelly Cater, whose passion for food is show cased by pairing flavors, textures and color to create a menu which looks and tastes absolutely delicious. Pan roasted breast of chicken, garlic fettuccini, warm artichoke dip w/ fresh garlic and parmesan served with oven roasted island vegetables are the perfect complement to her “fall off the bone” ribs. Finish with island fresh fruit and decadent desserts sipping a glass of one of our featured wines, as the sun melts into the golden sea. It just doesn’t get any better.
